The Northwest Radiators Guarantee
Under the United Kingdom's distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the date of purchase. This does not apply to special order & non stock items such as designer radiators. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us or our suppliers unless we delivered the goods to you in error or they are faulty. Products must be returned to Northwest Radiators within 7 days of you receiving the goods in the original unopened packaging, failing which this guarantee shall automatically lapse.

If a collection is required a charge may be made and you may also have to pay a re-handling charge up to a maximum of 40% of the products. We will endeavor to keep a re-handling charge to a minimum and will be at cost only.

Special Offer Products
Some items on our website are SPECIAL OFFER items, once ordered and confirmed these items can not be cancelled or returned. Most products we provide include a manufacturer’s guarantee. Please refer to the individual product for details regarding this.

We retain the right to make adjustments to the pricing on this site to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, or if due to an error omission, the price published for the goods is incorrect regardless of the status of the order.

Any item is available for delivery. For further information on this please call 0161 745 7745. Unless Northwest Radiators has notified you that your order will be delayed, you should receive your order within four (4) working days of placing your order. We currently ONLY deliver to addresses within the UK.

Any item that a customer wants to return please follow the following procedure. We must be notified within 21 days and contacted by telephone or email. Items will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 35% this is set by our suppliers not us. Any questions regarding this can be sent to info@northwestradiators.co.uk.

We do not advise anyone to pre-book an electrician, plumber, builder, or any installer until goods have been received and checked.

On arrival all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage by the customer or agent, should you find any damage please ask the driver to take the goods back with them, or sign the delivery document as damaged. Under no circumstances must you sign the delivery note as UNCHECKED or alter the courier’s delivery note as this invalidates any option for us to make a claim on your behalf.

Please do not install your product if it is damaged, or incorrect as once it is installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.
